ACworks Co., Ltd. （3）手数料
当該ご請求のうち、開示のご請求及び利用目的の通知のご請求につきましては、1回のご請求につき、3,000円の手数料をご負担いただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。なお、郵送でご請求いただく場合は、振込み等により、手数料をいただきます。

また、弊社は、ご本人から、保有個人データの訂正、追加又は削除のご請求を受け付けます（請求手続き及び手数料は、前記開示手続きに準じます。）。この場合、遅滞なく調査を行い、当該保有個人データの内容が事実に反する場合等、取り扱いが適正でないと認められるときは、遅滞なく訂正、追加又は削除を行い、その旨をご本人に通知します。
また、弊社は、ご本人から、保有個人データが、次の各号に該当する場合であって、その利用の停止、消去、又は第三者提供の停止（以下、「利用停止等」といいます。）を求められた場合（請求手続き及び手数料は、前記開示手続きに準じます。）、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき、必要な限度で遅滞なく保有個人データの利用停止等を行い、その旨をご本人に通知します。ただし、利用停止等に多額の費用を要する場合その他の利用停止等を行うことが困難な場合であって、ご本人の権利利益を保護するため必要なこれに代わるべき措置をとることができる場合、この代替策を講じることとします。
